The McClure House is a substance-free student housing cooperative (located less than 2 miles from campus) that supports the students of Sacramento State.

Your monthly rent includes:

• Pool On-site coin-operated washer and dryer

• Communal kitchen with commercial appliances and dishes

Must be able to verify current enrollment at Sacramento State.

$500 security deposit required (payment plans available). No credit required.

The facility is run by a local group of alumni who understand the Sacramento Housing market

has priced out a percentage of our student population and we want to offer a safe place to

sleep, study, and live. All rooms are shared two-person rooms.
